I really appreciated Derek's authenticity as a person that he just wanted to help me in some way, but I can speak highly of his character.
If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about quality and guest experience, Derek is it.

I worked with Derek for the entire last year of my rental, and it was the best rental year ever. More money coming in than any year prior to that. We had nothing but 5 star ratings and the place looked beautiful. We have been extremely happy with Derek and all the services that he's provided us. It's really been a great experience for us. Uh, Derek is very caring, very. Supportive and guiding us through the process. I've worked with Derek for almost 2 years now. And honestly I have 0 complaints. I only have good things to say. He started with us before we bought the property and guided us through our decorating and setting up, uh, providing great suggestions for all the things that. We use to serve our guests. Derek and his team have been by our side step by step all the way. He and his team are very kind, professional, and responsive to every question and completely takes care of all our guests' needs. Working with him is It's been such a huge difference, especially compared to past companies I've worked for, and it's really night and day difference how he runs things. I'd like to get this testimony to my initial interaction with Derek Taylor. He asked me questions to get to know me better and wanted to know where I was at currently within my real estate investing career and where I wanted to take it. I could tell that he Genuinely wanted to get to know me and I could tell that he took the time to see if there was any way possible that he could help me to make it happen. Wanted to talk to you today about working with Derek. We have found him to be extremely responsive, but Derek, it is an immediate thing. I really appreciated Derek's authenticity as a person that he just wanted to help me in some way, but I can speak highly of his character. Working with Derek has been 5 star experience from start to finish. Most of all, they have completely maximized the income of our rental property. The detail is next level. He notices the little things that truly make a difference for each guest. He really goes out of his way to Make not only the guests feel good and make sure they have everything they need, but also as as cleaners, which is very rare in this industry to find people that care as much about the cleaners as they do their guests. I really appreciate that because he's made such a good Kind and comfortable work environment that when you have someone who goes out of their way and compliments you and reassures you, you know, that you're doing a good job and even lets you know when you need to work on stuff but does it in such a kind way, he makes you want to be better at your job. I feel that my intuition is pretty good and he is really a genuine person and cares to help people. Very responsive. He cares about the properties, he cares about the cleaners, he cares about uh the people that he works with, and it's obvious because of his attention to detail. And he's just plain wonderful. My name is Stephanie, and I have been cleaning short-term rentals for Derek for about a year and a half now, and it is one of the best experiences I have ever had cleaning short-term rentals. Really makes Us as cleaners feel extremely valued and appreciated and honestly. I mean, I could not ask for a better person to work for. Derek is very kind and very helpful whenever there are any issues with anything at all. He is always there to help resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. I have never worked for anyone that makes me feel so appreciated in my work. We are so happy we chose to work with Derek. Dave and I highly recommend Derek and his team. They redesigned. My house in a way that I could never have done. It just looked great and they just took care of everything. My name is Shwani. I'm from New York. I have my Airbnb with Derek. I switched to Derek late last year. I was actually with one of those large national chains. I wasn't too happy before, but now I am, my ratings are higher. My clients are happier. I honestly wish I'd switched sooner. It is rare to find someone who runs a business the way they do. The system that he has set up is 10 out of 10. I could not, I have no complaints. He runs it so well and it can say that Derek is by far the best. I have never worked for anyone that will actually text me and tell me that I'm doing a great job and thank you for my work. It actually makes you want to get up and go to work every day. If you're on the fence, go with Derek. You'll thank yourself and me. He is great with communicating. With any issues and is always very, very kind about it. He makes each property better every single day and Derek has a vision with a creative flair that gives each property its own unique personality. Working with him has been nothing short of amazing. Never makes you feel bad about a mistake, or maybe if you forgot to do something. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about quality and guest experience, Derek is it. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is great and I would say working for Derek overall is a 5 star experience and I would 100% recommend working for him and I'm just grateful to be able to work for him and. He's great and he's so good that we want him to Airbnb our house out now. I would strongly recommend Derek. Our guests have been very happy and I think yours will be too. They just took care of everything. It's easy.
