The part of the certificate program that I found most valuable was just the overall amount of information that was jam packed into each course. I was really surprised at how much I learned. I think I might end up becoming a medical billing and coding specialist now that I know what I'm doing.

I wanted to learn more, become more educated and skilled in my profession. As someone who works three 12 hour shifts during the week and an 8 hour shift on the weekend, being able to get ahead on homework for the week has been extremely helpful! After earning my certification, I hope to be given more responsibility at work, better pay, etc.
