I would say. That joining grief share would be. Really, really beneficial in that you can. Work out, talk out, um, hear other people's opinions, um, and just share your heart what you're going through what you're thinking and realize that you're not alone there's a lot of people out there who are going through the same things that that you're going through that I went through that I'm going through now with the death of my son and um having somebody that you can trust and that you can share your heart with. It's so, so important.

This is my 2nd recording because the first one they said was too long, uh, to share with you how grief Share helped me.
Thank you, Miss Helen and Mr. Wayne, and I've been able to share so much about grief share with so many others since then.

Good afternoon. This is Latanya Fuller Manor. And I want to share a little bit with you about uh how Grief Share helped me through the darkest times, one of the darkest times of my life, when my oldest son was killed in a car accident on February 2nd, 2016, and later on that year, my husband of 30 years was killed in a car accident on November 5th. I started my grief share journey in January of 2023. And it would take me a very, very long time. This is my 2nd recording because the first one they said was too long, uh, to share with you how grief Share helped me. Uh, I went to the grief share at Peachtree City United Methodist Church in Peachtree City, Georgia. Our facilitator was Ms. Helen Riggs Dale and Wayne Sanders, and they really helped me. Uh, every person that was attending, and all of us were hurting from losing our loved ones. And we were reeling from uh COVID, and just, it was so much going on, but sitting in those grief share classes every Sunday evening, Help me in ways I can't even. I don't even know the words. But it would take me. I can't share everything that's in my heart right now to share. Uh, the rage, the anger, the hearing my loved ones' voices and seeing them after they had transitioned. If I had talked to to my family or or someone else about it, they would have said I was losing my mind, but to sit in those grief share classes and hear other people who have those same experiences, same experiences, it helped me to know that this is part of the process and that I'm gonna be alright, but I've got to grow through the process and grief share helped me to grow through the process. I would like to share so much more, but, uh, the time on this is limited. So, thank you, grief share. Thank you, Miss Helen and Mr. Wayne, and I've been able to share so much about grief share with so many others since then. Thank you. This is Miss Latanya Fuller Mayor.
